Our
Volunteer Team

Meet the passionate volunteers who make our mission possible. Their time, care, and commitment help us support individuals with disabilities and build a stronger, more inclusive community.

Rochelle "Shelley" Vincent

Volunteer of JCPF

My name is Rochelle “Shelley” Vincent, and I came to the James Cerebral Palsy Foundation (JCPF) as I needed help with my food stamps, SSI Benefits and a car insurance incident. I’m a volunteer because of how the JCPF Leadership Team helped me by advocating for me and helping me realize that I have the capability to advocate for myself, and I see the benefits that James and his team have done for the community, and I support the James Cerebral Palsy Foundation and the mission and vision of the organization.

Michael Molina

Volunteer of JCPF

Michael joined The James Cerebral Palsy Foundation in 2024. Mike is a construction worker working projects in San Diego County. With a heart to see change for a great cause and to help people with disabilities and struggles. I am happy to take part in something great learning and teaching the values to individuals that could use it. With faith and confidence in the Living God to give and support those who are in need.
